Privacy Policy

MoltenTech LLC — Flux Node Hosting · Effective June 14, 2026 · support@moltentech.us

This policy explains what information MoltenTech collects, how we use it, and the third parties that help us run the service. We collect only what we need to provide hosting and do not sell your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Billing: subscription and payment records (amounts, dates, status) and a payment-processor customer/subscription identifier. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Node configuration: the Flux node details you provide (node identity / FluxID, collateral transaction reference, and an identity key that is encrypted at rest), plus any optional Discord or Telegram details you add for notifications.
  • Operational data: technical status and benchmark metrics for the node(s) on your account, used to operate and display the service.

2. How We Use It

  • To create and manage your account and provision your node(s).
  • To process subscriptions, renewals, and refunds.
  • To send service communications (provisioning status, payment notices, cancellations, and refunds).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. Service Providers

We share the minimum necessary information with providers that help us operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account; some records (e.g. payment history) may be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption of sensitive node credentials at rest. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your Flux collateral and wallet keys, which we never hold.

7. Your Choices

You may access or update your account information from your dashboard, or contact us to request correction or deletion. To exercise any of these, email support@moltentech.us.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes take effect when posted here, with an updated effective date.
