Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. The Service

MoltenTech provides managed hosting infrastructure for Flux (RunOnFlux) nodes. You supply your own Flux node identity and collateral; we provide the server, network, and provisioning to run the node. We are an independent hosting provider and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Flux project.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Plans are billed as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, charged through our payment processor (Stripe).
• Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until cancellation.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard / billing portal.
• On cancellation, your node continues running through the end of the current paid period, after which it is decommissioned and removed.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

4. Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months. When you cancel, you keep service until the period you have already paid for ends.
• Exception — undelivered service: if we are unable to provision the node you paid for (for example, no capacity is available), we will cancel that subscription and refund that charge automatically.
• Any other refunds are at MoltenTech's sole discretion. To request one, contact support@moltentech.us.

5. Free Trials & Promotional Codes

• We may offer promotional discounts or free/complimentary hosting. Any such offer is subject to its own stated terms and limits, may be one-per-customer, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Complimentary (“free”) nodes are provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed at any time.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your Flux collateral, wallet keys, and node identity. We never take custody of your collateral and cannot recover lost keys.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and the configuration you submit accurate.

7. No Earnings or Uptime Guarantee

• Flux node rewards depend on the Flux network, your collateral, benchmark results, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any level of rewards, earnings, confirmations, or returns.
• We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without an uptime SLA unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Acceptable Use & Suspension

• You may not use the service for unlawful activity or in a way that harms our infrastructure or other customers.
• We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms or for non-payment. Failed payments may result in suspension and removal after our payment processor's retry attempts are exhausted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoltenTech LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the one (1) month preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost rewards, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes take effect when posted here, with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
